WHAT to expect during your time on the farm:
Our farm offers 10 acres of family-friendly experiences for all ages to enjoy - our admission tickets are all-inclusive (meaning once you are here on your ticketed day each of the activities (except the hayride and wagon train, which are not operational for the summer) you see are included in your visit + face painting. You have the option to purchase s’more kits, concessions, Longneck Pumpkin Farm apparel, craft store items, and books on site during your visit as well. Our Farm offers activities in four expansive areas: The Pumpkin Yard, Cottonwood Grove, The Meadow & The Farmer’s Market!
THE PUMPKIN YARD
As soon as you enter our Farm you will immediately find yourself in our “Pumpkin Yard” - the most open area of the farm that features fun activities every where you look! Our Pumpkin Patch, Tire Town, farm animals and large hay slide are found here. Be sure to check out the corn boxes, water pump station, duck races, bowling game pedal cars, cow town jungle gym and even more activities as well. The Story Barn, Grain Bin Grill, Shave Ice stand, and Craft Store are also worth a stop while exploring this area during your visit!
COTTONWOOD GROVE
Cottonwood Grove offers guests a quiet place to sit among the trees and enjoy the scenery on our Farm. Here you will find our Sheep Herder’s wagon - which has a climbing wall up one side and a pipe slide down the other side - and two 20 foot slides offering endless fun!
The Meadow
The Meadow is an area on the south end of the property with large beautiful fall trees and an open area with lots of activities to enjoy! This is where you will find our hay ride in the fall (not operational for summer events), which winds down through the willows and cottonwood trees. There are also bench swings throughout the Meadow for adults to take in the scenery while watching their children play. You will also find photo opportunities, horse shoes, corn hole, a corn bin, barn twisters and more here!
farmer’s Market:
Inside you will find the Snack Bar where you can purchase donuts, cinnamon rolls, candy, popcorn, drinks, coffee, cider, hot chocolate & much more.
We are offering our Long Neck Pumpkin Farm apparel and swag again this year! Shirts, hoodies, hats & mugs featuring our logo will be available for purchase in the Farmer’s Market.
In case you missed it: Candy has written another book! “Farmer Kevin: Work and Fun on the Farm” AND “The Lopsided Pumpkin,” both written by Mrs. Longenecker herself, will be available for purchase in the Farmer’s Market. Be sure to stop by a Story Time session during your visit to hear these fun stories being shared as a read aloud!
